Answers &FAQs
Cancellation policy in the event the talent needs to reschedule?
Cancellation Policy
In the event that talent needs to cancel, payments are non-refundable. However, we do offer a studio credit that may be applied toward rebooking within 30 days of the originally scheduled production date, subject to availability.
How early can the crew arrive, and how late can we stay? Are there additional charges for early mornings?
Arrival Time
Your crew may arrive early or stay late as long as total studio usage remains within the 10 hours included in our day rate. Booking the entire studio also waives our $100 after-hours fee. Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
What is included in the day rate?
Day Rate
The day rate includes up to 10 hours of studio time, covering setup, shooting, and breakdown. Any additional time must be requested in advance and is billed at $150 per hour.
Are generators permitted if needed?
Generators
Generators are permitted and may be placed outside the building if needed also for-rent.
Are there any known noise issues (neighbors, HVAC, traffic, elevators, construction)?
Noise Considerations
Please note that the studio is not soundproof. Potential noise sources include occasional train activity, HVAC operation (many productions run the heat and shut it off during recording), and a neighboring millwork company whose noise levels may vary depending on workload. There is no street noise, as the studio is located in a business park away from main roads, and there is no active construction nearby.
Are there any restrictions on crew size or talent?
Crew Size
The maximum occupancy of the facility is 40 people.
Is food allowed on-site? If so, do you have any catering or craft services recommendations?
Food and Catering
Food is permitted on site. The community floor and tables may be used for catering. We are also happy to recommend craft services upon request—please let us know your budget and preferred menu.

The studio offers ground-level access, as well as a load-in ramp into Studio D.

Parking is available both North and South side of the building and in designated spaces at the front.
